Callie uses OpenAI as a third-party artificial intelligence service provider to power the core AI chatting features.

This data is sent to OpenAI in order to generate personalized and accurate AI responses. Your inputs may be linked to your device identifier or account for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Callie offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features may include unlimited conversations, advanced AI responses, ad-free experience, and priority support.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. All subscription management (including upgrades, cancellations, refunds, and billing inquiries) is handled directly by the respective app store.

We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card information. Please refer to Apple or Google’s privacy policies for details on how they handle your billing data.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share your data only in the following situations:

With service providers (including OpenAI and payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements
